ROUTE PROFILE
A
Despite not being the longest route, it can be considered the most intense route due to the hardness of its steep ramps.
We will go up the pass of Vall de Ebo, the ramps of the Cova del Rull and once we have passed the town of Alcala de la Jovada we will take the road towards Beniaia and Tollos (CV-713). This road with very hard ramps was paved for the Vuelta España in 2016.
Once in Tollos we will come out onto the CV-720 and we will have a good section, mostly downhill, to Castell de Castells.
We continue towards Benigembla until a detour to the left to face this last but very hard pass that goes up to the Vall de Laguar pass (at the beginning of this secondary road there are a few metres without asphalt).
Once our last challenge is crowned, there is a long descent through the beautiful valley of Vall de Laguar (be careful with the first section of the descent to the first town, Benimaurell, since there is a lot of slope and the asphalt is not good).
Once down we will return to Dénia by Sagra, Beniarbeig and Ondara.
