ARTICLE 34
Special parking prohibitions:
(1) No parking on the first line of the beach, as well as on their adjacent roads from the intersection preceding them.
(2) A dwelling-vehicle is defined as any device or apparatus capable of circulating on the roads or land referred to in Article 2 of Royal Legislative Decree 339/1990, of 2 March, built or enabled to inhabit it, as well as any other vehicle that is not prepared to be inhabited but is used for this purpose.
(3) Drivers will be warn to remove it. If they fail to do so, or within 24 hours of the reported vehicle leaving when the driver has not been located, the crane service shall remove it.
(4) Except in authorised campsites, parking and camping prohibited in the municipality of Dénia, meaning the use of the vehicle as a place of lodging, where activities such as cooking, eating, grooming, physiological needs or entertainment activities are carried out.
Violators of the provisions of this article shall be warned orally or in writing, to go to a place or authorized camping within two hours. Failure to comply with the requirement, either because they do not leave or are located in another part of the town or municipality, shall be sanctioned.
